O hino “Conversão” (nº 15 da Harpa Cristã), também conhecido como “Foi na Cruz”, é a versão em português do hino em inglês “At the Cross“, cuja letra foi escrita por Isaac Watts e a melodia composta por Ralph E. Hudson. A tradução desse hino para a versão brasileira é Henry M. Wright.
